I have been able to build a strong relationship with Bella Access over the last few years and they have provided a fantastic service, their product knowledge of machines is great, if there is something that is not listed within their product guide then they will go all out to find me the correct machine for the job. It’s great to always have a friendly voice on the end of the phone.

I have been working with Jason and the team for over a number of years and have always had a great service from them, their machines are on site when they say they are going to be and I find that their machines are reliable and in good condition.

I always like to know who I am dealing with each time I call and like the fact that am not getting put through to a call centre where the person on the other end of the phone does not know who I am. They always go that extra mile for us.

It's great to deal with a family run business as you always now that you will get a professional service, Bella have provided an excellent service for us, there rates and machine quality are very good. I am able to always able get hold of someone even out of hours which is good to know. If I ever have a problem with the account it is looked at and dealt with straight away and not left hanging around. I would highly recommend Bella for local and national work.
